Title IX information and Institutional EADA report
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. (Title IX), and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106 ("Title IX") prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities by recipients of federal financial assistance. The Title IX regulations require recipients to designate a Title IX coordinator, adopt and disseminate a nondiscrimination policy, and put grievance procedures in place to address complaints of discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities.
