Jaime Walls has been an athletic trainer at Catholic University since December of 2006 and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine in October, 2013. A graduate of the University of Richmond and Western Michigan University, Jaime is a certified American Red Cross Instructor of First Aid, CPR and AED for the professional rescuer.
Prior to starting at Catholic University Jaime worked in an orthopedic office as the Durable Medical Equipment Coordinator for The Training Room, Inc., where she perfected skills of brace fitting and managing different patient populations.
While in graduate school at Western Michigan, Jaime worked as an athletic trainer for Kalamazoo College servicing 16 sports. Upon graduation, Jaime became an assistant athletic trainer and certified clinical instructor for the athletic training education program at Albion College. Jaime taught numerous classes in the education program, serviced athletes of 20 sports and was a part of the accreditation process for the Athletic Training Education Program.
Jaime’s athletic training interests include manual therapy and hydration/recovery techniques.
Jaime her husband George reside in Oxon Hill, Md.
