William J. "Big Bill" Connor '27

Inducted Feb. 25, 1977

Connor is remembered among Catholic U. fans for his feats on the court and gridiron, but is remembered in New Orleans for his feats against hometown Loyola. In 1926, his senior year, Connor received what was called the loudest standing ovation in Loyola history.
