On Friday, October 6, the CUA men's cross country team went to
the Ronald McDonald house on Quincy Street in
Brookland to do some household chores. The Ronald McDonald
house is a temporary home for families with a child with
a serious illness or injury. Work consisted of washing,
drying, folding, sorting and labeling sheets, taking out
trash, sweeping, mopping, and stocking a Coke machine. One of the
tasks was to prepare a room for a family that would be arriving
soon.
