Catholic's NCAA baseball season

In 1977, the Catholic University Cardinals made their only trip to the NCAA Division I baseball tournament, riding a late-season surge under Head Coach Bob Talbot to sweep the ECAC District II tournament and earn an automatic bid to the postseason. It remains Catholic's only baseball trip to the NCAA Tournament.

The information you see here was supplied to the Catholic University Sports Information office in 1994 by Rick Rollins. We remain thankful for his assistance.
