WASHINGTON - Senior Tim Webster was 2-for-5 with grand slam as Catholic stormed past Gallaudet, 15-2, in a Capital Athletic Conference game Tuesday afternoon.

Webster's shot to center field came in the first and then followed that up with a RBI double in the second as Catholic led 9-1 after the first two innings. The game went only seven innings.

Senior Andrew Burns was 2-for-3 with two doubles and an RBI while freshman Kevin Conley hit a three-run homer in the sixth, his first on the season.

Freshman Pat Trunfio worked five innings, scattering seven hits, with no earned runs and six strikeouts to earn his first win of the season.

The Cardinals return to action tomorrow with a doubleheader at Villa Julie starting at 4 p.m.
