Keith Howard is in his fourth season with the Cardinals staff.  Coach Howard began his career as a student assistant at the University of Pittsburgh.

Howard coached over ten seasons as an assistant coach at Bishop McNamara in Forestville, Md., and Northwestern High School in Adelphi, Md.  In 2003, Howard took over as Head Football Coach at Crossland High School in Temple Hills, Md. for five seasons.  Howard finished his career at Crossland High School with the third most wins in school history.

Howard coached the wide receivers for CUA for two seasons including 2009's 9-2 campaign.  Last year, Howard shifted his focus on national recruiting and tutoring the running backs position, a role he will once again assume in 2012.  Coach Howard resides in Upper Marlboro, Md.
