Mirsky selected to NFHCA Division III Senior Game
WASHINGTON – Catherine Mirsky has been selected for the
2012 NFHCA Division III Senior Game, it was announced on
Friday. Mirsky will head to William Smith College on
Saturday, November 17 for the game, which gets underway at 4

student-athlete selected for the Senior Game.
One of the top defenders in the region, Mirsky has had another strong year for the Cards. The Maryland native has started all 17 games and totaled two goals and a pair of defensive saves.
Mirsky scored on a penalty stroke in the Cardinals’ win over Juniata on October 20, and she also found the back of the cage in the season opener vs. Washington College.
Mirsky has appeared in 76 career games for CUA, totaling six goals and 11 defensive saves.
Prior to taking part in the Senior Game, Mirsky will lead CUA into the Landmark Conference Tournament this weekend. The Cardinals are the No. 1 seed and will host the entire tournament in Washington.
No. 2 Drew and No. 3 Scranton will meet in the tournament’s first semifinal at 11 a.m. on Saturday, before top-seeded CUA plays host to No. 4 Susquehanna at 2 p.m. The two winners will then meet at 1 on Sunday in the championship.
