Landmark Conference announces Fall Academic Honor Roll

WASHINGTON – The Landmark Conference announced the 2012 Fall Academic Honor Roll on Tuesday, and CUA had 33 student-athletes honored.  The honor roll recognizes fall student-athletes of sophomore standing or older with a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher.  In all, 235 student-athletes from around the conference were honored.

CUA captured two conference championships during the fall season, including field hockey, which won its second straight title, and women’s cross country, which won its first Landmark Conference crown.  Volleyball advanced to its conference championship, while men’s and women’s soccer both earned conference tournament berths.

Below is a list of CUA student-athletes that earned Academic Honor Roll accolades.  Women’s soccer led the way with nine selections, followed by field hockey with seven, men’s soccer, volleyball and women’s cross country with five each, and men’s cross country with two.
