SAAC Program to host Wiffleball Tournament on April 17
WASHINGTON – On Sunday, April 17 CUA’s SAAC (Student
Athlete Advisory Committee) Program will host its first-ever
charity wiffleball tournament. The event will be held inside
Cardinal Stadium beginning at 7 p.m. and pit teams of five to eight
players against one another for a chance to win numerous
prizes.
Cost of the event is only $5 a person with a portion of the
proceeds going to the fight against breast cancer.
There will be free food and drinks on hand and prizes will go to
the championship team in addition to the runner-up team, team with
the best uniform and the team who displays the best
sportsmanship.
Individuals without a team are invited to play and will be placed
on a team prior to the event.
