WASHINGTON – D3Hoops.com released its latest Top 25 poll on Monday and CUA is ranked 13th. The Cardinals are 20-3 overall and 10-2 in the Landmark Conference, sitting alone in first place and already having secured a home game in the semifinals of the conference tournament.

CUA, which was ranked No. 1 in the initial NCAA Regional rankings last week, went 1-1 a week ago, beginning with a 74-53 win at Susquehanna on February 6.

Sophomore Steve Limberiou drilled seven 3-pointers and scored a career-high 29 points to help lead the Cardinals to victory. CUA outscored the Crusaders 40-23 after halftime after leading by just four at the break.

On Saturday, CUA traveled to Scranton, Pa., to face the Royals, and despite cutting a 20-point deficit to just two, the Cardinals came up short, 82-74. Chris Kearney notched his second 30-point game of the season, both coming against Scranton, by sinking 13 of 19 field goals, while Limberiou added 15 points.
