SALISBURY, MD. -- Sparked by 18 points each from senior William Morley (Olney, Md./Good Counsel) and sophomore Patrick Satalin (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill), Catholic downed Salisbury, 79-62, in the Capital Athletic Conference opener Wednesday night.

Morley added eight rebounds and was 8-of-9 from the free throw line while Satalin was 7-of-11 from the floor including 4-of-8 from beyond the arc in the win to help CUA to its fifth straight win.

A 12-0 run early in the first half helped the Cardinals (5-1, 1-0 CAC) to a lead they would not relinquish the remainder of the game.

Up 34-28 at the break, Catholic pulled ahead 56-41 with 10:12 to play as Satalin peppered Salisbury with back-to-back treys.

Senior Blair Mills (Hebron, Md./Wicomico) registered 15 points, eight caroms and a game-high five assists as CUA won its fifth straight game against the Sea Gulls.

CUA shot 27-of-60 (45.0%) for the game including 16-of-31 (51.6%) in the second half.

Kyle Harmon led Salisbury (1-3, 0-1 CAC) with 13 points and six rebounds.

Catholic will host Gallaudet on Saturday, December 6th at the DuFour Center in a CAC tilt. Tipoff is slated for 4 p.m.
