WASHINGTON --- Will Morley (Olney, Md./Good Counsel) was one of four Cardinals to finish in double figures to lead No. 18 Catholic to a 97-63 win over Scranton Saturday afternoon in non-league action at the DuFour Center.

The senior netted 19 points and added four rebounds while Blair Mills (Hebron, Md./Wicomico) chipped in 15 points and sophomore Matt Tanner (Eldersburg, Md./St. Maria Goretti) contributed 12 points.

Sophomore Shane Sowden (Wilmington, Del./St. Elizabeth's) scored a career-high 14 points and pulled down five rebounds as Catholic raced out to a 25-5 lead to start the game and never looked back.

The Cardinals (3-1) would lead by as much as 90-49 with just over five minutes in the game.

Sean Clark led the Royals (1-3) with 14 points while Ryan Rogan and Matthew Snyder each added 12 points respectively.

Catholic returns to action this Monday, December 1st as they travel to Villa Julie College. Tipoff is at 8 p.m.
