Keith Selected to CoSIDA Academic All-America Team

WASHINGTON – The Catholic University of America men's lacrosse standout Tim Keith continues to add to his very crowded trophy case. The senior was selected to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America Team as announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Two weeks ago, Keith was selected to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) / Nike All-America Team for the second-straight season. It is the second-consecutive year that the King of Prussia, Pa., native is both an All-American and Academic All-American.

In 2017 alone, Keith has been recognized as the Landmark Conference Player of the Year, Catholic University's Outstanding Senior Athlete, an All-Conference First Team selection, the Landmark Senior Scholar-Athlete, a CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree, Landmark Academic Honor Roll member and a USILA All-Star Game participant.

Keith was a First Team All-Landmark selection in each of his final two seasons. Additionally, he was a USILA Scholar All-American in 2016.

This season, he led the Cardinals to their best regular season in program history (13-2), and helped Catholic receive votes in the USILA top-20 for the first time in program history. Keith ranked fourth in Landmark Conference in both goals (40) and points (53).

He posted multi-point performances in all but one league game and led the Cards with 40 ground balls. Keith earned his fourth career Landmark Athlete of the Week on March 27.

Keith won two conference championships (2015, 2016) and finished his career with 134 goals, 56 assists, 190 points, 138 groundballs and 21 caused turnovers.
