RAAB, PHILLIPS NAMED FIRST TEAM ALL-CAC; BRIDEAU EARNS SECOND TEAM HONORS (Nov. 8, 2005)

WASHINGTON, D.C.-- Defender Stephen Raab and keeper Evan Phillips have been named first team All-Capital Athletic Conference while midfielder Matt Brideau earned second team honors.

Raab started all 18 games for the Cardinals this season and helped CUA limit opposing teams to 26 goals in 119 shot attempts. Phillips had three shutouts and saved 93 shots on goal in his final season with the Cardinals.

Brideau started all 18 games as a midfielder for CUA and had one assist, 17 shots, and five shots on goal.
