McAneny and Daly Named ECAC Div. III South Region All-Stars

WASHINGTON-- Quinn Daly and Tim McAneny each earned honors for their strong seasons by the ECAC recently, being named to the ECAC Div. III South Region Second Team.

Daly led the team in the net playing in 18 games and allowing an average of just 0.74 goals per game. McAneny started in all 21 games this year for the Cardinals and led the defense throughout the  year.

In 2009 the Cardinals earned their first NCAA tournament bid after winning the Landmark Conference championship.  The team allowed only 19 goals in 21 games while scoring 43.  The Cards finished with a 16-4-1 overall record, going 6-1-1 in the conference.
