WASHINGTON - Senior Cassian Utrie was named the Landmark men's tennis Player of the Week after going undefeated and picking up four wins against Goucher and Scranton.
On Tuesday, Utrie won 6-0, 6-3 at the No. 3 singles and teamed up with Juan Lorido at No. 1 doubles for an 8-4 win against Goucher.
Utrie picked up a 6-2, 6-3 win over Scranton in singles, and dominated with Lorido in his doubles match, winning 8-1.
He played at No. 3 singles and teamed up with Juan Lorido at No. 1 doubles. With the two wins, the Cardinals locked up the No. 2 seed in the Landmark tournament.
