Trio of Cardinals reach finals of conference championships
FREDERICKSBURG, VA. --- Sophomore Dave DeStefano lost in the sixth flight singles final to highlight CUA at this weekend's CAC Championships. Mary Washington's Tim Ryan defeated DeStefano, 6-0, 6-0 in tghe final.
Sophomores Emmett Donnelly and Andrew Kelly reached the finals of the second flight doubles final before falling to Conor Smith and Paul Bristow, 8-1.
The host Eagles claimed the overall title, winning eight of the nine flights, including all six of the individual flights.
