CUA opens second semester schedule in Pa.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. - CUA opened its second semester indoor schedule on Sunday with a trip to the Orange & Maroon Classic on the campus of Susquehanna University.  Shawn Brubaker was the Cardinals top individual finisher, posting a throw of 45’0 ¼” in the weight throw to place third.

In the shot put, Brubaker (37’2”), Ryan Palmadessa (30’10”) and Kyle Smith (26’2”) finished in 13th, 16th and 19th place, respectively.

Smith (27’8”) and Palmadessa (27’4”) then finished in 12th and 13th place in the weight throw.

CUA is back in action on Saturday, January 28 when the Cardinals travel to the Lebanon Valley Invitational.  Action gets underway beginning at 10 a.m.
