Men Run at NYU Invitational
BRONX, N.Y. (Sept. 16, 2006) - The Men's cross country team participated at the NYU Cross Country Invitaional in the Bronx, NY at Van Cortlandt Park. The Cardinals finished 24th out of 35 teams at the meet.
CUA was led by sophomore Paul Santuoso (Miami, Fla./Belen Jesuit) placing 50th with a time of 29:15. Coming in later for the Cardinals freshman Andrew Smith (Oviedo, Tenn./Bolton) at 97th clocking a 30:27 and also making an impact was senior Kevin Milsted (Gaithersburg, Md./Gaithersburg) placing 134th with a time of 32:09. Sophomore Chris Kramer (Florissant, Mo./DeSmet) and Junior Robert Boesch (Sugarloaf, Pa./Bishop Hafey) finished 208th and 211th respectively.
NYU cross country won the invitational placing its first ten runners in the top 15. Next weekend the Cardinals will compete in the York College Invitational in York Pa.
