Ball, Smith Earn All-Region Accolades November 16, 2009 Senior cross country runners Remy Ball and Andrew Smith have been named to the NCAA All-South Region Team after competing in the regional meet last weekend.

Men's XC Finishes 8th at Landmark Meet October 31, 2009 The CUA men's cross country team earned an 8th place finish at the Landmark Conference Meet in Washington, D.C., Saturday afternoon. The squad completed the course in 2:35:35, averaging 31:07 per runner.

CUA to Host Landmark Cross Country Championships October 28, 2009 The Catholic University of America will be hosting the 2009 Landmark Conference Cross Country Meet on Saturday, October 31st, 2009 at The Armed Forces Retirement Home in northeast Washington, D.C. This will be second meet that CUA will be hosting this season.

Each year, a non-profit organization called Wreaths Across America honors fallen U.S. veterans by placing over 100,000 wreathes in more than 300 locations nationwide. The group preaches one message: “Remember the fallen; Honor those who serve; Teach our children the value of freedom.”

Tull Honored as Hometown Hero for Swift Water Rescue
While most NCAA football players can often be found lifting weights or downing powdery protein shakes, Catholic University of America sophomore John Tull discovered another way to spend his offseason. The Pennsylvania native has worked as a volunteer firefighter for the last five years for the Middletown Fire Company in Media, Pa.
