WASHINGTON – The wins continue to pile up for the CUA
women’s basketball team and as a result, the Cardinals
continue their ascent up the national polls. On Tuesday, CUA
learned that it is ranked No. 13 in this week’s USA
Today Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll. The
Cardinals have opened the season with 13 consecutive wins,

Monday.
CUA is nationally ranked in two polls, checking in at No. 17 in the
D3Hoops.com Top 25 poll. The Cardinals are a perfect 6-0

the squad in scoring with 14 and 12 points, respectively.
Woerner is the team’s leading scorer this season, averaging
17.7 points per game, while Grabiak leads the Cards in assists with
61. Grabiak currently ranks 12th in America in
