Robinson and Brashear Recognized in Landmark Awards
The Catholic University women’s lacrosse squad (15-4) had two players receive recognition from the Landmark Conference this past week. Kate Robinson (Emmitsburg, Md./Catoctin) was named Player of the Week while Melissa Brashear (Pittsburgh, Pa./Oakland Catholic) was selected the Defensive Player of the Week. Women’s Lax Receives NCAA Tournament Bid
The Catholic University of America women’s lacrosse squad (15-4) received a bid to the NCAA Tournament the selection committee announced Sunday evening making this team the first in program history to qualify. Women’s Lacrosse Wins Landmark Conference Championship
The Catholic University of America women’s lacrosse team (15-4) made school history Saturday winning CUA’s first Landmark Conference team championship. The top-seeded Cardinals defeated second-seeded Goucher College 21-10 (6-10) to take the conference championship.
