WASHINGTON --- Junior Stephanie Hare (Atlanta, Ga./Norcross) and freshman Cathryn Jensen (Lexington, Ky./Lexington Catholic) each had a goal and an assist to lead the Catholic University Women's Soccer Team to a 6-0 shutout of Trinity in the second game of the CUA DC Classic.

Six different Cardinals found the back of the net as Catholic outshot the Tigers, 28-1.

Senior Meghan Baroody (Alexandria, Va./T.C. Williams) and freshman Kimberly Stengle (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge) each played one half in goal, combining on the shutout. Seniors Brianne Palmieri (Melville, N.Y./St. Anthony's) and Kelly Burke (Haddonfield, N.J./Haddonfield), and junior Emily Clark (Pasadena, Ca./Flintridge), and sophomore Deanna Keil (Allentown, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) also scored for Catholic (6-2).

The Cardinals will face Gallaudet in the championship game of the inaugural CUA DC Classic here tomorrow starting at 3 p.m. The Bison advanced to the title game with its 1-0 win over Columbia Union on Friday. The consolation game featuring Trinity and Columbia Union precedes the championship at 1 p.m.
