Three Cardinals Honored By ECAC For Solid Year

WASHINGTON-- Diana Spadaro, Kelly Donnelly, and Helene Nicoletti were all honored by the ECAC for their outstanding 2009 campaign. Each was named to the ECAC Div. III South Regional All-Star team.

Spadaro was named to the first team while Donnelly and Nicoletti were both named to the second team.  Spadaro led the Cardinals as a midfielder with seven goals and seven assists for 21 points and played in all but one game this season. Donnelly led the entire Landmark Conference in scoring with 14 goals and seven assists for 35 total points.

Nicoletti was also named Defensive Player of the Year in the Landmark Conference for her outstanding defense. Nicoletti played solid defense throughout the fall and helped hold opponents to a 0.74 goals against average.
