Landmark Conference names Tanco Player of the Week

WASHINGTON – After earning CUA’s lone win in a loss to Mount Union on Sunday, Isabel Tanco was named the Landmark Conference Player of the Week, one day later.  Tanco picked up a 6-4, 5-7, 10-4 victory at sixth singles, defeating the Purple Raiders’ MacKenzie Jenkins.

The win was Tanco’s third of the year.  She has also won one doubles match this academic year.

Tanco and the Cardinals are currently in South Carolina for their annual spring break trip.  They will take on Baldwin-Wallace on Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m.
