Volleyball Falls Three Times over Homecoming Weekend

WASHINGTON-- Michaela Carroll (Amityville, N.Y./Kellenberg Memorial) led the Cardinals with 68 assists over the team's three matches over the 2008 Homecoming Weekend.  CUA fell 3-0, 3-1, 3-0 to Mary Washington, Roanoke, and Stevenson.

Kim Ray (Chicago, Ill./Regina Dominican) led the offensive attack over the weekend with 23 kills.  Gabrielle Dipasquantonio (Middletown, Del./St. Mark's) had five service aces while Kilah Fox (Philadelphia, Pa./Merion Mercy) led the team with seven.

CUA will return to action on Saturday, October 18, at 1 p.m. as the Cardinals will take on Washington & Lee on the road at Virginia Wesleyan.
