Season in Review
MEN - Sophomore Nyalazdi Nthunamo, who finished eighth at the CAC championships and made second-team All-CAC, was Catholic's most consistent runner. He was also 31st at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional meet. Freshman Matt Vilord made second-team All-CAC with a 15th-place finish at the CAC championships and was All-Mason-Dixon Conference with a 15th-place finish.
WOMEN - Sophomore Anne Connolly was the Cardinals top finisher all season and made second-team All-CAC with a 14th-place finish at the CAC championships. Connolly was 17th at the Mason-Dixon Conference championships and 38th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional meet.
