CENTREVILLE, Va. - Freshman Rachel
Yates (Wilton, Maine/Mount Blue) was the top Catholic
finisher, placing 46th out of 164 runners in the George Washington
Invitational. The meet features several Division I schools.
Georgetown University was the overall team winner while
the Hoyas' Rose Wetzel was the individual winner with a time of
18:16.43.
Catholic returns to action next weekend, Oct. 5, as they
participate in the Bridgewater Invitational in Bridgewater,
Va.
